The app is a personal, non-commercial project provided for the convenience of its users. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.

Your Google account

You are responsible for your Google account and the permissions you grant the app. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.

Privacy

How the app handles your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of JDRC Stuff is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms, or modify or discontinue the app, at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
